The classes are Mondays 6-7:30pm, and the next session will begin In September 2009.
We will be at The Bronson Center,

The cost is $120 per Session (10 weeks) $12 per class, with a 10% discount for students and seniors.

Hatha Flow Every Friday
Hatha Flow links the classic postures practiced in a regular Hatha Yoga class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath by moving from one posture to another.
The class begins with a series of warm ups that often includes Sun Salutations. Also included in the class are balancing postures, and standing and floor sequences. The class concludes with a deep relaxation (savasana).
Hatha Flow is recommended for students who have practiced Hatha Yoga and are interested in exploring a more movement-oriented class. Hatha Flow builds strength, endurance, focus and is a good cardiovascular workout. The classroom is not heated, but the physical practice will create heat in the body.
